Boris Becker, the renowned tennis icon aged 58, and his 34-year-old wife, Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro, joyfully welcomed their newborn daughter just a day before Becker’s birthday. Sharing the news on Instagram, Becker posted a heartwarming photo of the couple holding their baby girl’s hand, introducing her as Zoë Vittoria Becker, born on November 21, 2025.
The couple exchanged vows in Portofino last year in the presence of 150 guests. Their exciting journey to parenthood was publicly announced in June, followed by a babymoon in October back in Portofino.
Reflecting on their relationship, Becker expressed his deep connection with Carvalho since their first encounter in Frankfurt in 2018. Despite the 20-year age gap, Becker highlighted their intellectual synergy and shared values, describing Carvalho as having an “old soul” that harmonizes with his “younger spirit.”
Zoë is the fifth child of Becker, who has had previous marriages. His first son, Noah Gabriel, was born in 1994 during his marriage to Barbara Feltus, followed by Elias Balthasar in 1999. After a publicized affair with Russian model Angela Ermakova, Becker welcomed his daughter Anna in 2000.
Following his divorce from Barbara in 2001 and a substantial settlement, Becker remarried to former model Lily Kerssenberg. Their nine-year union ended in 2018, resulting in the birth of their son, Amadeus Benedict Edley Luis Becker in 2010.
Becker expressed gratitude for Carvalho’s unwavering support during his challenging times, including his prison sentence for fraud. He admitted surprise at her loyalty, stating, “I was a little bit surprised that women still stay with you if you have nothing. I didn’t experience that much before.”
