Virgin Media TV customers are in for a treat as the telecoms giant announces free access to premium channels, including a popular Sky service. Users can enjoy Sky Kids, Cartoon Network, and Baby TV throughout October without any additional charges. This lineup includes shows like Pip and Posy’s Spooktacular Party, The Wonderfully Weird World of Gumball, SpongeBob SquarePants, and Peppa Pig.
Typically, these kids’ channels come with a fee, but Virgin Media has waived it just in time for the October half-term break. Customers can also watch these channels on the go using the Virgin TV Go app, making it convenient for holiday travels.
David Bouchier, Chief TV and Entertainment Officer at Virgin Media O2, highlighted the importance of offering entertainment options for families during school holidays without added costs. The Kids TV channels offer a variety of content suitable for different age groups, including shows from Sky Kids, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and Baby TV.
For reference, Sky Kids alone costs £8 per month when purchased directly from Sky.
