“DOJ Dismisses Rape Accusation Against Trump”

Published:

The Department of Justice (DoJ) has dismissed a rape accusation against President Donald Trump, labeling it as “untrue and sensationalist.” The recent release of over 11,000 files included an FBI case file (EFTA00020518) from October 2020, which mentioned an allegation of rape involving Trump.

In a partially redacted file, an unnamed woman stated in an interview that “he raped me,” referring to Donald Trump, and claimed that Trump had allegedly raped her along with Jeffrey Epstein. The accuser’s identity remains undisclosed as all identifying information has been redacted.

Following the accusation, the DoJ promptly refuted the claims, stating that they are baseless and false. They emphasized that if there was any credibility to the accusations, they would have been used against President Trump already. Trump, who has consistently denied any wrongdoing in his association with Epstein, expressed frustration at individuals being unfairly linked to Epstein due to appearing in photographs with him.

During an unrelated event at his Mar-a-Lago residence in Palm Beach, Florida, Trump defended those who innocently interacted with Epstein in the past, highlighting that such individuals include respected professionals like bankers and lawyers. The FBI document containing the accusation from the Epstein Files can be accessed in its entirety here.
