Smart Support automatically checks broadband performance and provides immediate help to users facing speed or connectivity issues. It aims to prevent disruptions such as outages that can impact online activities like streaming or remote work.

Moreover, Virgin Media can remotely perform updates or repairs overnight to minimize daytime disturbances. If necessary, customers may receive recommendations for WiFi Pod or Hub upgrades to enhance whole-home coverage. In more severe cases, customers can request an engineer at no additional cost.

Gareth Lister, Director of Connectivity at Virgin Media O2, highlighted the importance of fast and reliable connectivity. The Smart Support service monitors broadband continuously and resolves issues promptly, ensuring customers remain connected.
