Initially expected to relocate after the Christmas festivities at Sandringham, it appears that the new residence at Marsh Farm on the King’s estate requires renovations before occupancy is possible. Complications also exist in terminating his lease at Royal Lodge, with Andrew reportedly unwilling to move to temporary accommodation.
Sources indicate that Andrew is determined to delay his departure as much as possible, expressing his reluctance to leave. Speculation suggests he may continue residing at Royal Lodge for another six months. Despite potential pressure from the King, there are constraints on expediting the process.
In late October, the King officially removed Andrew’s HRH style, prince title, and dukedom from the Peerage Roll, citing serious judgment lapses. This action followed the release of documents linking Andrew to Epstein, including an email indicating continued contact after claiming otherwise. Andrew denies any wrongdoing.
